We will give you the alternatives for repair after contact regarding the faulty item has been established, and we have a full picture of the situation.
If the product is not possible to repair, we will either send you a new item, refund you for your purchase, or give you a voucher.
We reserve the right to deny any claim which we do not see as faulty from production or quality.
