When handing over the return to Bring/Posten/Post I Butikk, please ask for a receipt for the return shipment so you can track the return to our warehouse.
Bring/Posten should send you an SMS with tracking information for the return, but we advice you to also keep the receipt for the return or take a picture of the return label and the tracking number, just in case. When the package has arrived at our warehouse, you should receive an SMS from Bring, stating that your orders have arrived at our warehouse, refund is then just a few days away.
DHL will provide you with a Waybillnumber and tracking link after we have created your return shipment with DHL. DHL will provide you with all the information for you to follow the return shipment back to our warehouse.
