I received a faulty item at the arrival of my order. What now?

If a product you ordered is damaged upon arrival, we need you to contact us through our contact form before using the product and removing the tags. Please include both the order number and pictures of the product, as well as pictures of the tag still intact and attached to the product. Leave as much information so we can get a good overview of the case.
