How do I return my order?

General Information

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return from the day your order was delivered.

*All claims or defective products must be accepted by our service team. Click here to submit your claim/complaint.

Please do not put multiple orders in the same return parcel. This might cause the refund to not be issued and create delays.

For returns being sent against our approval, we reserve the right to not issue your refund. 

If you have chosen “receive first - pay later” or invoice payment, it is your responsibility to “freeze” your invoice in Klarna when returning. This will stop your invoice from reaching its due date. 

If you do not freeze the invoice in Klarna, you run the risk of being charged a “late payment fee” from Klarna which we will not be able to assist you with.

We will correct your invoice as soon as we have processed your return. If your invoice is not corrected after the arrival of the return at our warehouse, please contact us here.

How to Return


First, register your return here. Show the QR code sent to your e-mail to the staff at the service point for return, for them to print out the label for you. Remember to ask for a receipt when returning a package, so we can track the return in case of delays or if the package goes missing.
