How do I return my order?

General Information:
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return from the day your order were delivered/signed for – free of charge.

All returns must be registered online before you proceed to return something from your order.

How to Return:

Norway
After registering your return Here, you should be set to return your order.

Included in your order you should find a prepaid return label which can be used to return your order with Bring/Posten for free.

Please always ask for a receipt for the returned packes, and save picture of the return label, so we can track the return in case of delays or if the package goes missing.

Do NOT put multiple/different orders in the same return parcel, this will result in refund not being issued. 

If you have chosen “Receive first - Pay later” or invoice payment, it is your responsibility to “freeze” your invoice in Klarna, this will stop your invoice from reaching its due date. 

If you do not freeze the invoice in Klarna, you run the risk of being charged a “Late payment fee” from Klarna. 

We will correct your invoice as soon as we have processed your return (1-5 working days), and the invoice will be corrected. If your invoice/refund is not corrected after the arrival of the return at our warehouse, Please contact us here


International returns;
After registering your return Here, you should be set to return your order.

All International returns must be handled through our service team.

Please contact us through our contact form, and let us know what order you are returning, and which product/s you need to return.
We will create a return for you through DHL and give you further instructions on how to schedule a DHL pickup.

* Some post/zip codes around the world are classified as “Rural area” by DHL, if you live in an area like this, we will inform you about this after you have requested a return. Customers in rural areas, will not enjoy the benefit of free returns with DHL, and must use a postal service of their own choice, and pay for the return. We will provide with you the return address.
