We have a return window that lasts for 14 days on both full-price items and items purchased on sale. The return period starts from the day you receive your order.
This only applies for orders bought from our website.
Uncollected packages are not covered by our 14-day return policy. A fee of NOK 250 / €25 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.
